About the Guelph Humane Society:
The Guelph Humane Society (GHS) envisions a compassionate world where all animals are valued and respected. We do this by advancing the welfare of animals through care, education, community engagement and relationships. GHS also provides care and assistance with sick, orphaned, or injured wildlife through its nationally recognized wildlife program.
Funds raised will help the more than 3,000 lost, injured, abandoned, and abused animals that enter GHS’s care each year and help to keep more pets and people together by providing no-cost boarding services to pets of families experiencing crisis, women fleeing domestic violence and for individuals seeking mental health and addictions treatment. Donations will also help to feed 300 pets (and growing) each month through the GHS Pet Food Bank.
