*Important Note: Someone of legal drinking age must be available to ID upon delivery of package.* If no one of legal drinking age is available upon pickup the package will not be able to be delivered, or held for pickup at your nearest package pickup point stated in tracking.

Thank you for shopping with Pelee Island Winery & Vineyards Inc. We strive to ensure that your wine arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about your order.
SHIPPING PROCESS & TIMEFRAME:
– We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
– Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, depending on product availability and demand.
– Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 3-5 business days within Ontario and 7-10 business days for any orders shipping outside of Ontario for your order to arrive, though some delays may occur depending on the courier.
DAMAGED PACKAGING:
– While we take great care in packaging our products, occasionally damage may occur during shipping. If your package arrives with damaged packaging but the wine itself is in good condition, we will not be able issue a refund or replacement. Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure the contents are intact.
– If the wine itself is damaged or in undrinkable condition during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please Include:
– Order Number
– Tracking Number
– Photo or Video of damaged product
– Date purchased
RETURNS:
– Due to the nature of our products (wine), we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
– If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to address the situation.
DELIVERY TIME:
– Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 business days. Delays might occur due to inclimate weather or increased holiday volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING TERMS:
– Delivery times are measured in business days.
– Signature is required by an individual over 19 years of age at the time of delivery.
– All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days prior to shipping.
– The estimated arrival date & time is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered. – We cannot deliver on a specific date or time. – Deliveries will be made anywhere between 8am – 8pm (weekdays)
– We do not process orders on weekends or Ontario holidays.
– Delivery costs include applicable taxes.
– We CANNOT deliver to PO boxes.
ONTARIO SHIPPING
– We offer fast, free shipping to your door on orders of $99 or more within Ontario. Orders under $99 will be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout.
CANADA WIDE SHIPPING (Excludes QC, NL, NU, NT, & YT)
– We offer fast, free shipping to your door on orders of $199 or more Canada Wide. Orders under $199 will be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout.
SHIPPING TO QC, NL, YU, NWT, NU & OUTSIDE OF CANADA
QUEBEC
– Due to restrictions by the Quebec government, we are unable to ship to the province of Quebec at this time. Please feel free to give us a call at (519)-733-6551 for a list of products available to purchase in Quebec.
NEWFOUNDLAND
– Due to restrictions by the Newfoundland government, we are unable to ship to the province of NewfoundlandPlease feel free to give us a call at (519)-733-6551 for a list of products available to purchase in Newfoundland.
YUKON, NUNAVUT, NORTHWEST TERRITORIES & OUTSIDE OF CANADA
– We currently ship to most locations across Canada and the United States. However, due to high shipping costs, weather-related challenges, and the remote nature of certain regions, we are unable to ship to Nunavut, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories at this time.
– We also do not ship outside of Canada. If you are searching for our product in your location please contact our service team at 1-800-597-3533 or email social@peleeisland.com.
APARTMENTS & CONDOMINIUMS
– If access to your location requires an access code or use of a buzzer please include instructions in the second or third address line or “Add a comment to your order” in your cart or during checkout.
*Note: Most couriers will NOT be able to deliver to your apartment/condo door. The package is able to be accepted by a concierge in the lobby.
P.O. BOXES – Due to the signature required on our packages we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If an order is made with a delivery address to a PO Box, we will contact you to change the address or process a full refund for the order.

PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS
ONLINE WINE SHOP
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s address is correct. If you have listed incorrect shipping details, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred due to returns or re-shipments.
Upon delivery, if you wish to return any faulty product (broken bottles, corked product), it is incumbent upon you to immediately contact Pelee Island Winery:

You may be required to retain the bottle of faulty liquid (recorked and at least 3/4 full) for examination by the producer.
By using the Pelee Island Winery “Wine Shop” via the website www.peleeisland.com, you accept and acknowledge that you are subject to the return policies.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel, make product changes, or apply a coupon code or gift certificate to an order once it has been shipped. Cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to change a shipping method, please contact us immediately to initiate this process via email: support@peleeisland.com
RETAIL BOUTIQUE RETURNS
Retail purchases may be exchanged at our retail stores only on any day of the week.
In-Store Purchases: With a valid proof of purchase (an original cash register receipt), any bottled product may be returned for exchange only, provided the item is unopened, in saleable condition, of the current vintage and was purchased in the last 14 days. The product will be exchanged for an item at the original purchase price shown on the receipt.
